This Privacy Policy describes how Nexelion ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Nextrack mobile application ("the App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Nextrack:

• Account information — your email address and display name, provided when you sign up.
• App content — tasks, habits, tags, priorities, completion dates, and notes you create inside the App.
• Usage data — basic app activity such as sync events, stored locally and in our cloud database.

We do not collect your location, contacts, camera data, or any sensitive device information.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Provide and operate the Nextrack service
• Sync your data across devices (Premium feature)
• Send optional push notifications for task and habit reminders
• Restore your data if you reinstall the app

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored locally on your device using Hive (an on-device database) and optionally synced to a secure cloud database powered by Supabase. Supabase stores data on servers located in the United States.

4. In-App Purchases

Nextrack offers a Premium subscription via Google Play Billing. Payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card information.

5. Notifications

The App may send local push notifications for habit reminders and task summaries if you grant notification permissions. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request data deletion, your cloud data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Local data on your device can be cleared by uninstalling the App.

7. Children's Privacy

Nextrack is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and secure cloud storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
